This book doesn't make it's case that there's no way the stone chambers in Vermont (and elsewhere) weren't built by visiting peoples from northern Europe and the Iberian peninsula between say BCE and CE. But it's a decent catalog of these kinds of chambers and some of the uses they've indeed been put to over the last few hundred years/5(3).
